StudioDuo designs private villas, penthouses and family houses in Vietnam, with the architecture, the interiors and the garden drawn as one piece. Our residential atelier, Édition Privée, carries each home by one hand from the land to the last detail.
A house made for one family
We start with how you live: who wakes first, where the children play, where guests stay, where the light falls at six in the evening. The plan follows from that, not from a catalogue.
Inside and outside together
In the tropics the garden is half the house. We design terraces, pools, shade and planting with the rooms, so the house opens and closes with the weather. MSJ Villa and Villa F8 in Thao Dien were designed this way, from the architecture to the landscape.
Penthouses and apartments
In a tower we work within the structure and the building’s rules and still change how a home feels: Tropical Penthouse brought a garden into a 600 m² apartment, Wabi Sabi Penthouse a quiet, handmade calm.

What is Édition Privée?
Édition Privée is StudioDuo’s private residential atelier for villas and penthouses, each carried by one hand from the land to the last detail. Its own page shows the homes in more depth.
Do you design homes outside Ho Chi Minh City?
Yes. We have designed houses in Phan Thiet and Da Lat, and we work across Vietnam and abroad.
Do you also design the furniture and the lighting?
Yes. We design custom furniture and joinery, choose loose furniture with you, and design the lighting as part of the interior.
