KDI Vega City

StudioDuo serves as the lead architect for the new phase of Vega City, a coastal development by KDI Holdings in Nha Trang. This phase introduces nine villa typologies, encompassing a total of 700 villas, each conceived with distinct architectural expressions while belonging to a unified Mediterranean narrative.

Our scope extends from architecture and interior design to landscape and lighting, ensuring a holistic vision where every layer complements the next. The villas draw inspiration from Mediterranean coastal living, blending soft stucco textures, warm earthy tones, and natural stone with generous openings that blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor life.

Each villa type was developed with unique details, proportions, and spatial rhythms, offering variety across the neighborhood while preserving a cohesive identity. Together, they form a landscape of elegant diversity, a refined interpretation of Mediterranean design in the heart of Vietnam's coastline.
