Tucked discreetly within the vibrant Brix Restaurant, The Brix Privée is a refined and intimate dining lounge reimagined from the former Momentum Living showroom. The original space, defined by exposed concrete ceilings, visible steel structures, and expansive open volumes, provided a raw architectural canvas for transformation. Embracing the spirit of tropical modernism, the design shifts from a cool industrial character to a warmer and more inviting atmosphere. Rich wood finishes, woven textures, and hand-applied materials replace the original surfaces, while the spatial layout was restructured to create intimacy and flow. Carefully placed partitions in natural cane help shape a sense of privacy without breaking visual continuity, crafting a seamless dialogue between openness and enclosure.

The interior palette introduces handcrafted details and natural materials to elevate the sensory experience. Walls finished in textured stucco reflect a soft, diffused light, while reclaimed tropical hardwood defines the bespoke central dining table and millwork. Sculptural lounge chairs and custom-designed furniture pieces add refinement to the space, paired with curated decorative art that enriches the overall ambiance. Built-in planters and tropical greenery echo the landscape of the main Brix Restaurant, reinforcing the tropical narrative and softening the spatial composition. The contrast between the refined finishes and the raw shell of the original structure creates an architectural tension that feels both grounded and elegant.
