Inn Saigon Office
Inn Saigon is a hospitality company, and for their office, we designed a workspace that reflects their core values of warmth, sophistication, and seamless functionality. The concept embraces a Tropical Newform design, where natural textures are harmonized with sleek contemporary lines to create an environment that feels both inviting and dynamic. Custom-built furniture plays a central role in shaping the spatial flow, integrating workstations and storage solutions to optimize both aesthetics and practicality. This design approach ensures that every element serves a dual purpose, promoting an efficient and visually pleasing workspace.
The space is characterized by sculpted, custom-made millwork that is crafted to organically define the office layout. The workstations, storage units, and meeting areas are all thoughtfully designed to flow into each other, creating a cohesive and harmonious environment. This sculptural approach maximizes the efficiency of the office, while also maintaining a refined aesthetic that enhances the overall atmosphere. Layered materiality further enhances the space’s appeal, with a combination of terrazzo furniture for a durable, timeless foundation, and warm wooden finishes that offer comfort and a touch of natural sophistication. Green fabric accents subtly introduce color, grounding the space with a connection to nature, in line with Inn Saigon's hospitality-driven philosophy.
The lighting design is an essential aspect of this office's atmosphere. A multi-layered lighting strategy has been employed, ensuring both functionality and mood are seamlessly integrated. Ambient lighting offers uniform illumination throughout the space, while task lighting is strategically placed to boost work efficiency without causing any glare. This adaptable lighting system ensures that the office environment remains responsive to various work demands and the time of day. The refined tropical aesthetic ties everything together, with elements such as indoor greenery, organic textures, and warm tones. These features connect the workspace to the natural world, creating a professional yet welcoming environment that fosters both productivity and comfort.
