Concept Architect

- Participate in the ideation process from the initial sketch phase to the finalization of the concept. - Define customer goals and requirements to develop ideas for the project architecture. - Design, analyze the architecture of the projects and collect the necessary measurements, dimensions for design layouts. - Prepare preliminary design sketches for project. Use design software programs to build architectural models and plans. - When approving projects, prepare final blueprints, including the required drafting and specifications. - Collaborate with project architects and the interior design team to develop design directions. - Use design software to create 3D perspectives. - Conduct on-the-spot observations and make recommendations to help streamline design projects, prepare and engage with client presentations. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. - Ensure feasibility and compliance with technical standards and construction regulations. - Other jobs as requested by superiors.

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. - 5+ years of professional experience. - Excellent technical skills, particularly with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3D Max or D5 Render and InDesign software. - Strong creative design and time management skills. - Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. - English for communication

- Working time: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. - Regular day off: Saturday and Sunday. - Working time in a day: Starting from 09:00 to 18:30; lunch break: from 12:00 to 13:30.
